Journaling is a popular activity and there are many creative ways to use mixed media as a way of enhancing and deepening your thoughts and stories. Visual art journaling is a personal journal filled with a combination of pictures, collage, writing and doodles. It’s a bit like Art Therapy, and the journal becomes a private space to record your thoughts, feelings and emotions. 

 

During this workshop, journalers will complete activities that combine journal entries with mixed media, such as journaling with stamps, journaling with collage and creating their own art journal book cover. Join Gracie as we delve into the world of creative expression.
